After three years as a start-up, the joint venture between Bioengineering (CH), AMS Technology (DE) and Incepta Pharmaceuticals (BD) has grown a respectable user base of customers from the Bangladeshi biopharmaceutical, food, beverage and cosmetics industries and expanded its service offering. Today, SBE is Bangladesh's largest hygienic plant and process piping specialist for PW/WFI/CS systems and inaugurated a new production workshop for its expanding capacities. The new building will soon house the only electro polishing plant in the country.

Bioengineering project manager Alexander Dolder who established and led the joint venture since its inception will be returning to Switzerland as the company welcomes a new Managing Director, Mosaddeque M. Rizwan.
